In-Store Pickup

During the online checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select in-store pickup to have your item reserved at our retail location at 5534 Sechelt Inlet Crescent, Sechelt, BC.  

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled; you will receive an email confirmation or telephone call once your order is packed and ready for you to pickup. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or company observed (stat) holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

We suggest picking up your order within 7 days of purchasing. Plant material will need to be picked up within 3 days of receiving a notification email or phone call unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

Our store staff will be in touch with you to discuss shipping options should you require it - just let us know!  Any order placed after 3 pm PST Monday to Friday will begin to be processed the following business day regardless of the shipping method.  

Soil deliveries by our trucks will be arranged by our staff in a telephone conversation with you, as shipping costs vary depending on your location.  These deliveries are done by our own trucks.  Though we normally do our soil deliveries during the work week, be aware that these might also be done on weekends. Our staff will let you know if that option is available.

Deluxe Garden Centre does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or company observed holidays.

International Shipping

Deluxe Garden Centre does not ship outside of Canada.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to return it for a full refund. Any items returned between 16-30 days after receiving will be issued in-store credit or exchange for the purchase price.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.  All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Items must have the original tags attached and be unworn, unused, and unaltered.

At this time returns are only accepted in store. If you are unable to return your product in store please contact [email protected] to make other arrangements.

For online orders that are picked up in store the return policy is initiated based on the day the order was placed.

Gift Returns

Gift returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or gift receipt within 30 days from date of purchase. In-store credit will be given for purchase price.

Warranty Information for Live Plants

Exchanges for houseplants, perennials, trees, shrubs, and evergreens can only be returned with a receipt and in the same condition as they were sold, for in-store credit and within 15 days of purchase. No warranty on houseplants, annuals, perennials, sod, or wholesale accounts.
