All of our garlic is grown in Canada and is a hardneck variety.

Here are some tips for planting your garlic:

Plant your garlic before the first frost (November). 

Break apart the head of your garlic and plant each clove, do not skin the clove.

Space your garlic about 4-6 inches apart.

Plant at a 2-3 inch depth.

Avoid planting your garlic in an area that has standing water over the winter months.
